Mission Grant Guidelines and submittal form

 

This form has the guidelines and the format on how to submit a mission grant proposal. These forms must be submitted by October 31st, in an odd numbered year, to Flo Hofman, 2nd Vice President, 751 Olivia Ct, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 or email huskerhofman@cox.net
